ReZiliant Solutions was founded to work alongside organizations and communities across the Caribbean, helping them strengthen resilience through practical solutions, locally relevant knowledge, and collaborative partnerships. We believe resilience is built through people, learning, relationships, institutions, and culture—not only through infrastructure and emergency response.

Erika Harvey
Founder and Lead Consultant
Erika Harvey is the Founder and Lead Consultant of ReZiliant Solutions Inc., a Caribbean-based resilience consultancy helping organizations and communities strengthen their capacity to anticipate, adapt to, and recover from an increasingly complex range of challenges.
With more than 20 years of experience in emergency management, resilience, higher education, strategic planning, and policy development, Erika specializes in translating resilience concepts into practical solutions. Her work spans climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, organizational resilience, resilience education, capacity building, and community engagement.
Erika is the developer of the Community Operations for Preparedness and Emergencies (COPE), Golden Resilience Initiative (GRI), and Intergenerational Resilience Framework (IRF), which provide practical approaches to strengthening resilience across Caribbean communities.
Through ReZiliant Solutions, she combines consulting, applied research, and thought leadership to help organizations build resilient people, resilient systems, and resilient communities.
